  • Check-in Time: 12:00 PM | Check-out Time: 11:00 AM 
  • Valid ID proof is mandatory for      all guests at check-in 
  • Early check-in and late check-out      are subject to availability and may be chargeable 
  • Outside food and alcohol are not      allowed inside the hotel premises 
  • Guests are requested to maintain      decorum and avoid loud noise

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be      processed within 5–7 working days 
  • Refund will be credited to the original mode of payment 
  • In case of early check-out, refund      (if any) will be at hotel discretion 
  • No refund for no-show or unused services 
  • Refunds are not applicable on peak      season bookings

  • Payment details are processed  through secure and trusted payment gateways 
  • Staff members are trained to      handle guest information with strict confidentiality 
  • CCTV surveillance is used only for  safety and security purposes and not for personal monitoring 
  • Guests may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data (as per applicable laws)
